Jakes Takes: Giants At Cowboys Prediction Plus Live Stream Information

It sure is nice to finally open the season at home.  It’s too bad the Giants are more comfortable playing here then the Cowboys are.  The Giants are 3-0 at the newly named AT&T Stadium.  All three of those games have been offensive showcases.  I think this game will be no different.

The Giants are going to come out running the football against the Cowboys.  With the current state of the D-line they should have success doing so.  It will take Dallas sometime to figure out their rotation and iron out the kinks.

The Cowboys should be able to run the ball as well due to the Giants weakness at Linebacker.  I am looking for Dallas to really do most of their damage in the passing game.  The Giants are very suspect on the back end.  If the Offensive Line can hold up in pass protection then I expect Romo to dice the Giants with big throws down the field. If the Cowboys can keep pressure on Manning and force him to make a mistake or two, then that will be all our Offense will need.  If  Dallas keeps their turnovers to two or under then they will win the game.

Although I think we are going to get gashed in the run game, I think Ware is going to have a huge game.  Look for him to be in Manning’s face all night.

My key player to a Cowboys victory is Miles Austin.  I think he is going to have a great season and if he can be a factor early Sunday night then it will open everything up offensively.

 Prediction: Cowboys 31 – Giants 21
