Dallas Hit With Perfect Storm In Loss to Packers

There is only one team in the NFL that can snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. There is only one receiver who can have an incredible game and stomp off the field like a child.

There is only one quarterback who can get the media to finally defend him only to choke in the 4th quarter again. There is only one coach who allows the abandonment of the running game when it is actually working.

There is only one team who could possibly have all those pieces on the same team. Your Dallas Cowboys. Can you believe what we all just witnessed? Why does this perfect storm of garbage always envelope this team?

So many more questions but it does not matter? What does matter is where they Cowboys go from here. In my last article I spelled out the few ways for the Cowboys to make the playoffs. All of those avenues are now gone.

The Cowboys have to match the Eagles next week and then beat them head to head. Is this possible. Yes. Is it probable? I have to say yes again.

Here’s why. The Cowboys are finding a rhythm with running the ball. If they stick to it , they will have a chance in the 4th quarter.  I think it’s fair to now say Romo is a 50/50 shot to win or lose you any game.

I will take my chances with Romo this December. Dez Bryant  may be an  immature brat, but he is starting to heat up. There has been a Terrance Williams sighting and it looks like Miles Austin decided to  start running complete routes.

I know that’s not a lot to stand on. It is something though, something to give Cowboy nation hope that this can be done. That some way Romo will lead his team to back to back victories into the playoffs.

I believe in Romo. I don’t know if his team can survive this storm though.
