This one’s for all the marbles. Winner takes all and moves on. Loser is out and officially in off-season mode. While ever changing, Vegas odds have always tilted in the red-hot Philadelphia Eagles favor. With Tony Romo now out for the season the task at hand becomes even tougher. Back-up QB, Kyle Orton will assume the starting role. This game is huge for the Dallas Cowboys and specifically Orton. While Orton is under contract for 2014, the Cowboy’s Salary cap situation says this will be his last game as a Cowboys. Let’s see what one of our experts say:

Jake Wall, Sport DFW Post Game/Staff Writer

Here we are again, a week 17 win or go home for the Dallas Cowboys.  Common-sense says that with key injuries on both sides of the ball ( Romo, Lee), that the Cowboys will get blown out in this one.  However, there are jobs at stake here and I expect the Cowboys to make it closer than it should be.  If Dallas can force a couple of turnovers on defense and some-what slow down LeSean McCoy then they have a shot.  If Orton can hit his passes when he has them, and Murray plays lights out then there is hope.

Prediction:  Cowboys fall to the Eagles 34-24 leaving huge questions with the Cowboys going forward.
