2014 Dallas Cowboys Training Camp Schedule

In only a few days, the Dallas Cowboys will meet in Oxnard, CA to start Training Camp 2014. The temperate climate in Oxnard should allow more comfortable practices and reduce chances of heat-exhaustion that is common to many teams this time of year.

In previous years, training camp at the Alamo Dome in San Antonio was used as a backup to the preferred Oxnard location. Coaches, players, media, and fans seem to overwhelmingly prefer the CA location so it’s no surprise an agreement was found to bring the Cowboys there once again.

Thursday, July 24th

3:45pm Practices begin. Weather permitting the Cowboys plan to practice in the afternoon hours instead of the morning this year. The first stretch of practices will run from 7/24 through 7/31 with an off day on Monday 7/28.
