The Joe Paterno tragedy is a bad thing not only for the university but for all those family who have become the victim. What even a geater tragedy is for all those player who went to the NFL 350 of them and for all of those who played and represented the university throughout the year. I am ok with taking Joe Statue down but dont take the number and the hard fough victoties that belong to the player. By taking the 100 victories away from Joe Record as the winning coach, you made all these player at Penn State the victims. I guess we will never know the extent and knowledge of Joe Paterno involvement in this thing. But when he said he turn over the incident to those who had a better knowledge of handling this situation and these people in charged failed. Then the School officials failed all these people families. The school is doing the right thing after the fact, finally In compesating the known victims. It just to bad the timing could of not been better and many victims could of been spaired
