7th Round (5)
QB Keith Wenning

Connor Shaw was my top target in the 7th round. I like Shaw’s intangibles, speed and illusiveness. But since Shaw was picked early in the round Wenning became my top target.
Keith Wenning has a strong and accurate arm. He’s not very illusive and he’s more of a pocket passer who prefers timing based routes. That’s a far cry from Tony Romo and Connor Shaw.
Wenning has loyal following who insist he can make it at the next level. I see a guy who should be a #3 QB in year one with potential for more down the road. He’s a smart kid and a hard worker so he’s the pick for me this late in the draft.
The last pick goes back to the Offensive Line…
