The Dallas Cowboys are one of the better teams in the league at evaluating talent and finding it in the later rounds. Here are five likely undrafted free agents that could fit well with the Cowboys.

When people think of the NFL Draft, the first thing that comes to mind is which stud prospect will be their favorite team’s first-round pick. Drafting well has always been important for NFL teams, however, in the past few years, the teams that have won Super Bowls in the past few years have all done a great job at finding talent in the later rounds. While it is important to find quality talent in the later rounds, one thing that also must be done is finding quality talent even after the draft.

In the past few years especially, the undrafted free agent part of the offseason has greatly picked up steam. To make it clear, before high school football players pick the college of their choice, they basically get recruited from dozens of colleges that are interested. Similarly, NFL teams basically recruit these undrafted free agents in hopes to lure them to their team.

The Dallas Cowboys have done a great job in the past few years at doing this. As the Cowboys look to become a Super Bowl team, they will need to do well not only in the draft, but in the undrafted free agent period after the draft as well. With that being said, here are five players who the Cowboys should be interested in if they go undrafted.
