Profile: Jimmie Ward projects as a complete safety in the NFL. He’s only 5’11” but could play either SS or FS. We is quick, aware in coverage, and an active playmaker. Ward is another player who could see his stock rise or fall based on his combine/pro day performance. He would be starter at FS for the Cowboys and would instantly upgrade the pass defense. If Clinton-Dix is gone in round 1, Ward could be the next target at S for the Cowboys.
