4th (from Chiefs) OLB Ryan Powell – Florida
Powell is the perhaps the player on this list with the most potential to move up after the Combine. He was a top recruit out of high school, and had a solid career for the Gators. It is a 2011 injury which is causing him to fall. However, in 2013 he showed that much of the step he lost has been regained. He could continue showing off his improvement this weekend; but hopefully for the Cowboys, he’s still able to slide under the radar until day 3. A proven leader with great instincts and a supreme build, he would be the perfect back-up / competition to Bruce Carter and DeVonte Holloman.
