3. Texas Longhorns (20-7, 9-5 Big 12)

The young Longhorns now have a better understanding of the “Beware The Phog” banner that is displayed so proudly in Kansas’ Allen Fieldhouse. Texas all but served up the Big 12 title on a silver platter as the Jayhawks rolled to a 31-point rout. Texas’ road woes continued , shooting only 34.4 percent from the field and finishing with a -5 turnover margin. Guards Javan Felix and Isaiah Taylor have combined to shoot 17 of 65 from the field in their last two contests. Fortunately, Rick Barnes and the gang return to Austin this week to try to win their 10th conference game of the season against Baylor.
