4. Baylor Bears (18-9, 6-8 Big 12)

The Bears finally snapped out of their mid-season slump and are now riding a four-game winning streak. Their 88-75 defeat of West Virginia on Saturday was the most impressive, too.  Baylor overcame a six point halftime deficit on the road by shooting 54.2 percent from the field and 45 percent from three-point range. Junior Royce O’Neal, who is only averaging 6.6 points per game, made all eight of his shots to lead the team with 22 points. ESPN bracketologist Joe Lunardi believes the Bears would be in the tournament if the season ended today. A road win at Texas tonight might be enough to keep them in the field for the rest of the season.
