Round Five, Pick 158: Dakota Dozier, Guard, Furman
Dakota Dozier is flying under-the-radar in the pre-draft process. Guards have fallen out of flavor lately in the draft, but Dallas could upgrade their right guard position. Dozier isn’t the fastest guard, but he is a mauler. He is strong, and he can make big plays in the running game. DeMarco Murray would benefit greatly with the addition of Dozier. Also, Dozier is Jason Garrett‘s type of player. Garrett loves small-school players who want to compete.
