Fresh Dallas Cowboys 7-Round Mock Draft

Round Seven, Pick 229: Terrence Brooks, Free Safety, Florida State
I was surprised when I saw Terrence Brooks here. I have the Cowboys selecting a free safety late in this draft, and that’s because I honestly believe J.J. Wilcox is good enough to become a good free safety for Dallas. After his concussion, he fell out of flavor and, ultimately, lost the starting job to Jeff Heath. With another full offseason under his belt, Wilcox should simply get better. Regardless, Brooks would bring some competition and he is coming from one of the best defenses in all of college football
