Seventh Round:

Casey Pachall, QB, TCU – Pachall looks the part of an NFL QB, has the arm of an NFL QB, and is better than his 7th round grade. The problem with Pachall is he has had substance abuse issues and has a history of injury. I think with him being from Texas the Dallas Cowboys will be able to do their homework on him. He is worth the boom or bust pick in the 7th and would give a nice run for 3rd string in training camp.

I was pretty happy he was there with this pick. I think I would have liked Savage if he had fallen earlier, but this is a nice pickup in the 7th.
