Glasco Martin, RB, Baylor
Running a 4.54 40-yard dash and having shifty moves usually means a RB will go in the draft and be looked at more than Smith was. He had a broken foot last season and was not what he was as a junior. He missed 3 games this last season and played sparingly in some others. He had 509 yards last season and there were hopes he would be a bigger part of Baylor. He has the speed and the moves to be a quality running back, but has a history of injuries.
How does he fit? Martin will have the chance to play for a backup running back position. The Cowboys do not really have a speed guy in the backfield and once you get past Lance Dunbar the running back situation becomes murky. I think he will have a chance to develop as long as he can stay healthy.
