Defense Can’t Get Off the Field On Third Down
It’s really been the same old story for the past few years with this defense. Although this defense has its fair share of injuries, the Cowboys need to get off the field on third downs. This cannot continue if the Cowboys want to make the playoffs. Although it’s tough to generate pressure because of all the injuries, the Cowboys may have to blitz more to get more pressure on the quarterback. That being said, the cornerbacks will need to guard their guys for longer.
