Round 6: No Pick
Before the 2014 season, the Cowboys needed a linebacker because Sean Lee tore his ACL in OTAs. It was ridiculed at the time, but the trade for Rolando McClain turned out to be huge, as an argument could be made that he was the Cowboys’ best defensive player in 2014. The trade costed the Cowboys a 2015 sixth-round pick, but it was obviously worth it, as McClain was a godsend to this defense.
