Mo Williams

Status: Unrestricted Free Agent

2015 Team: Minnesota Timberwolves/Charlotte Hornets

Mo Williams is a guy that has been linked to the Mavs the last few seasons. He lives in Dallas during the offseason and even has basketball camps there during the summer. Last offseason, he was speculated to be involved with the Mavs but nothing was ever completed. He, like Barea, makes another great backup point guard. He’s a veteran who has played with the best of the best and has hit many big shots in his career. Though Williams is 32 years old, he is still in great physical shape and he averaged 17.2 points a game in his 27 games in Charlotte last season. For a team looking to get younger, he might not be the right choice, but in terms of building a contender, you can’t go wrong with a guy like Mo Williams
