2015 Team: Minnesota Timberwolves/Charlotte Hornets
I feel like this list is full of ex-Wolves and ex-Hornets but both of those teams are full of perfect role players for contending teams or teams like the Mavs looking to improve their bench. Gary Neal was a key player for the Spurs in the Finals two years ago but since then, he’s faded off into other areas of the NBA. In recent seasons, he’s been averaging around 10 points a game which would be perfect for the Mavs, however, the only way they consider Neal is if they aren’t able to re-sign Barea.
