Which Dallas Cowboys are fighting for starting jobs, and where are the best training camp battles to watch…
Training camp for the Dallas Cowboys is finally upon us and Cowboys Nation couldn’t be more excited. The defending NFC East champs look to pick up right where they left off last season, and that all starts at training camp.
This year’s roster is as deep as it’s been in years. The Cowboys loaded up on linebacker, offensive line, defensive line, and everywhere in between. Despite a very strong returning roster, the final 53 is far from a done deal.
"“I don’t know that we’ve had this good of talent at any time over the last five or six or seven years,” Jerry Jones said. “Most of these guys got a chance last year to show that they can really contribute to a winning situation. They all had the chance to do it and in most cases they performed, so that makes you feel good.”"
The Dallas Cowboys will use training camp to decide the winners in multiple positional battles this year. Up for grabs are starting spots, backup spots, and special teams roles. Here are the Dallas Cowboys five biggest training camp battles this year
