NCAA Football Preview 2015: Big 12 Conference

The Big 12 ended 2014 with many unanswered questions. Many argued whether TCU or Baylor was the best team in its  NCAA Football division. What can’t be argued is that these two powerhouses will continue to dominate the Big 12 in the upcoming 2015 NCAA football season. The TCU Horned Frogs and Baylor Bears are already the favorites to win the conference again this season.

Surely, any team is in the mix to claim a playoff spot. Oklahoma and Texas are both looking to rebound after disappointing seasons in 2014. Based on the schedule, both teams are expected to have strong finishes in 2015. With the Longhorns and Sooners having one of the best rivalries in college football, either team could potentially lock in a playoff spot.

You can’t forget about West Virginia, Texas Tech, Oklahoma State and Kansas State either. Those teams aren’t pushovers, and certainly have the ability to move up in the rankings. Remember, the Big 12 will be the conference to watch closely in 2015. Many teams are still trying to find their identities as they face key question marks.

So who will be running the Big 12 in 2015? Well, at this point, everything is up in the air. But don’t expect much change in the way teams are evaluated.
