Jeremiah McKinnon, CB, Florida International

Watching McKinnon the first thing that will jump out at you is how physical he likes to be. He will get into the play and will tackle. He is aggressive and has the look like he knows he can go up against anyone. He will play the ball and not just the receiver and has good vision of the play developing.

McKinnon is really raw, but looks the part and has the skills to be the part. He may not be a day one starter, but with some work, he can be a solid cornerback in the the NFL. He will jump out at you, but sometimes allows a receiver past him, knowing he can make up the ground and make a play on the ball. He can jump, but not as high as to cover a number one wide receiver.

McKinnon looks like he could stick around if he can play special teams. He has the raw talent to be a quality depth corner for a few seasons and if he develops right, he could be a solid starter in the league. He played in Conference USA, so the talent level isn’t the best, but watching him provides some hope for him.
