Rolan Milligan, Safety, Toledo

Rolan Milligan is a hard player to evaluate from his time at Toledo. Milligan was one of the players who had to find a home after the University of Alabama-Birmingham decided to close shop on their football program. Milligan transferred to Toledo for a season and did make an impact for the Rockets.

Milligan will get involved in the run game without hesitation. He comes down hill quickly and has a good eye for where the ball is. He can cover slot receivers, however, will get fooled by some inside fakes. He needs to work on technique and not being overly grabby, but can hit with the best of them.

Milligan will stick around if he can show he has decent coverage skills and turns into a wiz on special teams. He looks to hit people hard and force turnovers, but will wrap up and drive through his tackle. Milligan will need a lot of coaching, but has some traits that could help him stick around for depth.
