James Washington (Oklahoma State): Can a new Oklahoma State player be just what the Dallas Cowboys need? A player from Bryant’s old alma mater could come in and be the deep threat the Cowboys are looking for. James Washington is a gamer plain and simple.

He is another pure outside receiver who had a particularly big showing during Senior Bowl week. The Cowboys are familiar with the Senior Bowl process and should have looked to get as much info as they could on Washington. They have met with him and are likely as interested in him as some of the players above.

He is known for being a prolific deep receiver and could be the third wide receiver off the board. Washington uses his speed well and has a bit more acceleration than Sutton. He has been a better deep threat than Ridley, Sutton, or Moore but has also seen more single coverage.

That aside he did rack up two 1,000 plus yard seasons where he managed to record double-digit touchdowns. His catching skills have improved every season, and it appears he is ready to make a lot of noise on the professional level.

Sutton may have better hands but Washington has absolutely dominated down the field. He does not have the same speed as Ridley or Moore but makes up for it in production and awareness.

Washington showed off his skills during the Senior Bowl and NFL teams should take notice of that. If the Cowboys want a true deep threat rather than an all-around receiver or a specialty guy, Washington will be their guy.

Chance of being selected by the Dallas Cowboys: 80 percent
