Week 2: vs. New York Giants on Sunday, Sept. 16 at 8:20 p.m. ET

The Cowboys first of 5 primetime games comes in Week 2 against the rival New York Giants.  The Giants come to Arlington boasting #2 overall pick Saquon Barkley. Suddenly the Giants offense, who has not scored over 30 points in a game in over a year, now looks formidable with Barkley, Odell Beckham Jr., Evan Engram and Eli Manning leading the charge.  However, the Cowboys defense is up to the task as they only allow New York to find the end zone once. The defense come to play and they shut down Big Blue’s offense for the first victory of the season.

Score: Win 23-10
Record: 1-1
