St. Louis Blues
St. Louis’ offense struggled last season, as they scored the least amount of goals in the division with 226, and their goal difference was only a mere +4. They do have a good offensive core, but something didn’t click last year.

They have three centers who are either restricted or unrestricted free agents, and they are Robby Fabbri (RFA), Oskar Sundqvist (RFA), and Kyle Brodziak (UFA). This leaves them with Brayden Schenn, Patrik Berglund, Ivan Barbashev, and a few other young guys. Here are a few players they might want to consider at the 3rd and 4th line center spots:

Tyler Bozak, C

  • Team in 2017-18: Toronto Maple Leafs
  • Points: 43 (11 G, 32 A)
  • Cap hit last season: $4.2 million

Riley Nash, C

  • Team in 2017-18: Boston Bruins
  • Points: 41 (15 G, 26 A)
  • Cap hit last season: $900,000

Mark Letestu, C

  • Team in 2017-18: Columbus Blue Jackets
  • Points: 23 (9 G, 14 A)
  • Cap hit last season: $1.8 million
