The Dallas Cowboys could be in the market for a wide receiver in the draft, and with a deep class, there are quite a few to be found throughout.

Regardless of what the Dallas Cowboys do with Amari Cooper, Randall Cobb, and Tavon Austin, the team could look to add more to their receiver corps. Injury concerns with Cooper and the uncertainty and questioned reliability behind the starters, could allow the Cowboys to look in the draft for depth, kick returners, and potential future starters.

On paper, this is one of the deepest classes at the receiver position in a long time. From top to bottom there are players to be found. The drop-off between the first four rounds is not as steep as prior years either. There’s a starter to be found in every single round of the NFL Draft. You just have to know what to look for.

Whether you want an X who can beat press, a Z who can take the top off, or a slot who can carve them up underneath, options are aplenty. The Dallas Cowboys could go a variety of different ways. They could look for a developmental player who has the build and ability to be a future X. They could look for a field stretcher who could be useful on Day 1. Or they could go with an inside man who’s technically savvy enough to succeed in the middle.

No matter the type of receiver the Cowboys want, they can be found in the 2020 NFL Draft. Here are five options in five different rounds for the Cowboys in the 2020 NFL draft.
