Artayvious Lynn – Tight End – TCU

Artayvious Lynn is a local tight end who many know. He accelerates well and has all the makings of a solid receiver. When used as a pass-catcher he has shown good hands and a knack for making adjustments to the ball. A long-framed player who uses all of it with good athleticism. Willing to work underneath and across the middle.

He was also rarely asked to block, and when he does it shows he needs a lot of work as he tends to push instead of engaging. Working with a pro staff could do him wonders.

Even though he played football in the area, some fans may not even know of him. Lynn was woefully unused at TCU so his ceiling is largely unknown. His routes are rather basic at this point and most of his ability is based on pure athleticism. He’s a project player for the Dallas Cowboys. Someone who can work behind the scenes as a developmental prospect.

Lynn will need time on the practice squad to unlock what his athleticism appears to be. He will need to work on all aspects of the game for the next level and add size, but the flashes are there.
