2022 NFL Mock Draft

23. Arizona Cardinals:

Florida. 34. Pick Analysis. CB. Kaiir Elam. player. 32. Scouting Report

  • The Cardinals need a play maker in the secondary aside from Budda Baker. Elam has tremendous length and agility to go along with pedigree. Being healthy after dealing with knee issues and consistency is going to be the biggest question mark.

24. Dallas Cowboys:

OG. Texas A&M. Kenyon Green. 35. 123. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. player

  • The Dallas Cowboys could go a number of ways with a slew of free agents currently on the market, but the most glaring need is at Left Guard. Luckily for the Dallas Cowboys, Green would provide an upgrade while not reaching in this 2022 NFL Mock Draft.

25. Buffalo Bills:

Pick Analysis. OG. 36. player. Scouting Report. Boston College. Zion Johnson. 16

  • A draft riser gives the Bills a versatile and mentally tough interior offensive lineman to help protect their biggest asset, Josh Allen. Johnson plays either guard spot and being slightly undersized shouldn’t stop Buffalo from selecting such a quality player.

26. Tennessee Titans:

35. Pick Analysis. player. TE. Colorado State. Trey McBride. 37. Scouting Report

  • Julio Jones isn’t at all what he once was and AJ Brown is in a contract year. Not to mention the TE position was virtually non existent in the passing game. McBride provides a new weapon and security for the future.

27. Tampa Bay Buccaneers:

48. Scouting Report. Ole Miss. Matt Corral. Pick Analysis. QB. 38. player

  • Tom Brady has retired, probably. Now comes the attempt to replace him. Some believe Corral to be the best QB in this class and the Bucs will at least talk as if they believe the same when he’s selected.

28. Green Bay Packers:

WR. player. Pick Analysis. Jahan Dotson. 39. 49. Scouting Report. Penn State

  • Aaron Rodgers or no Rodgers, Devonte Adams needs a running mate. Especially if there’s no Rodgers. Jahan Dotson is a great athlete and a deep threat. The Packers add a guy who can strike and also help clear space for Adams.

29. Miami Dolphins:

Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. C. Iowa. Tyler Linderbaum. player. 59. 40

  • No one is better at what they do in this draft than Tyler Linderbaum is at playing Center. Being undersized and scheme specific pushes him to the Dolphins who are thrilled to be taking a great player in the back of the first half of Round 1.

30. Kansas City Chiefs:

Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. Roger McCreary. 124. CB. Auburn. 41. player

  • The Chiefs can make their secondary very exciting by adding a corner who masterfully sticks to receivers. In typical draft fashion his stock fell due to poor measurements, specifically arm length. But the tape is enticing to the Chiefs.

31. Cincinnati Bengals:

T. Trevor Penning. 42. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. Northern Iowa. player. 56

  • Has a team ever made the Super Bowl with the sort of OL play we saw from the Bengals? Even if he’s not the top player on their board Cincy is forced to reach on Penning to protect Joe Burrow in this 2022 NFL Mock Draft.

32. Detroit Lions:

Pick Analysis. Devonte Wyatt. 43. 50. Scouting Report. DL. Georgia. player

  • The Lions need just about everything making this 2022 NFL Mock Draft a bit tricky. They’re still paying Jared Goff and drafting a QB here may not be for the best. Wyatt provides versatility as the Lions double dip on the D Line in round 1.
