Dallas Cowboys Final takes

There is still a way to go before the draft, and more potential free agent moves and possible trades could change the course of the draft. With extra fifth-round picks, the Cowboys should be watched for a trade-up potential on day two. They could also keep the picks and hope development happens according to plan and use it to further their desire to build through the draft and not free agency.

What we do know from the Dallas Cowboys is that the offensive line seems to be a big hole that has to be addressed. We also know that Dan Quinn carries a big voice and his preference on length and versatility are something that will probably appear as the draft continues. Trades are also possible with Anthony Brown being a possible option depending on how they see Kelvin Joseph and the draft shake out.

I think the Cowboys will still make a smaller move in free agency to try and fill some of the more glaring gaps, but they do seem comfortable with much of their roster. Pro Days are going on and the injury of David Ojabo reminds us players can still rise and fall on the boards. The Dallas Cowboys’ off-season is in full swing.
