Dallas Cowboys Vets

This was the reason Dallas traded for Johnathan Hankins. A big space eater who could command the double team and be disruptive on the line. His presence was felt. The linebackers played cleaned all night.

Leighton Vander Esch’s return was felt. He was active, and a difference maker. He’s played good football all year. Cowboys twitter can argue with a pile of blue rocks. He led the defense in tackles with 9 and 2 pass breakups.

Vander Esch has earned himself a pay raise. Don’t be surprised if it’s in Dallas.

Can we talk about Zack Martin? He gets forgotten because he’s been great for so long. We intend to forget how vital he is to the Cowboys’ success.

Martin and the rest of the offensive line were outstanding. On the right side, Tyron Smith appeared more comfortable.

They did their jobs. Prescott was only sacked once.

Dallas Cowboys Nitro

"“It feels good shutting up all the haters for the moment. But we’re not done yet. We’ve got another one next week, and we’re locked in.” – Tony Pollard"

Tony Pollard is the juice that fuels the Cowboys’ offense. He averaged 5.1 yards per carry on Sunday night. The refusal by the Cowboys brass to embrace him as the lead dog remaining confusing.

Pollard’s burst is rare. He is not a small running back. He can run between tackles with power.

His presence alone draws so much attention. He is a game changer on the offensive side of the ball.
