After losing to the San Francisco 49ers for the second consecutive year, the Dallas Cowboys organization were determined to make the necessary changes on their coaching staff and player personnel to snag that elusive Lombardi trophy.

Approaching three decades since the last time they won the Super Bowl, Cowboys Nation has gotten hardened by the tired jokes. Their lack of postseason success agitates like a nagging mosquito bite in that East Texas heat. Honestly, the fan base deserves better because the Dallas Cowboys have a passionate fan base that supports them win, lose, or draw.

In order to recapture their glory years and hoist the coveted Lombardi once more, the Dallas Cowboys have to focus on a few important areas and continue to make calculated moves to capture their Super Bowl  aspirations.

Head coach Mike McCarthy has already implemented more West Coast offense concepts, will be more committed to the running game, and will ultimately call the plays. Big Coach Mac is going to do things his way.

The Dallas Cowboys have made major improvements to compete as Super Bowl contenders, but more work must be done to accomplish that feat.

Despite how some fans point out Coach Big Mac’s shortcomings, he has taken the reigns of this team and made it into his image. In other words, Coach Big will win a championship with the Dallas Cowboys on his own accord and terms.

His paws are all over the players drafted on both sides of the ball, and the Dallas Cowboys front office are delivering him his groceries because ole Coach Big Mac has rung the dinner bell for success.
