The Dallas Cowboys desperately need to find a viable wide receiver two this offseason. CeeDee Lamb led the team with 101 receptions for 1,194 yards this season. Their next-best receiver was speedster Jalen Tolbert, who recorded 49 catches for 610 yards.

While that's solid output for Tolbert, that output being second on the team is a huge issue. Dallas must find another solid possession receiver who can find a hole in the zone to get open for Dak Prescott.

Luckily for the Cowboys, the Las Vegas Raiders surprisingly fired their general manager, Tom Telesco, on Thursday, meaning much of that roster could be on the trade market in the offseason.

Cowboys Should Look Into Trading for Jakobi Meyers

The Raiders have completely hit the reset button as an organization, firing their general manager and head coach this week. As a result, their roster could likely look wildly different next season since new people will be coming in with different ideas of how they want to build a team. That could leave a wide receiver like Jakobi Meyers's future with the team uncertain.

Meyers has spent the past two seasons in Las Vegas. During that time, he has recorded 158 receptions for 1,834 and 12 touchdowns. This season, Meyers became the No.1 option at wide receiver after the Raiders traded Devante Adams in Week 7.

As the Raiders' No.1 option, Meyers recorded 62 receptions for 754 yards and three touchdowns. Given that the Raiders had a rotating quarterback situation for a few weeks this season, those stats are pretty solid.

Moreover, the Cowboys would only be paying Meyers $10.5 million next season, which is much cheaper than most good receivers will be looking for in free agency. That said, it would be a total surprise if the Raiders' new regime came in and wanted to get rid of Meyers.

Nevertheless, if they did make that decision, pairing Meyers up with Lamb would give the Cowboys a sneaky good wide receiver duo next season.
