3. Stephon Gilmore, CB

The Cowboys have a young and talented duo in the secondary with DaRon Bland and Trevon Diggs, who is coming back from a torn ACL.

As for Bland, he's fresh off an All-Pro and Pro Bowl campaign, where he snagged a league-high nine interceptions and scored an NFL-record five defensive touchdowns.

So that doesn't leave much room for CB Stephon Gilmore. The 33-year-old defender is still an effective player on the backend. He has terrific instincts with the ability to mirror receivers with ease.

Last season, Gilmore suited up in 17 games, logging a career-high 68 total stops with 13 pass breakups and two interceptions.

Per PFF, the former South Carolina standout logged a 74.4 overall grade and 72.3 grade in coverage.

The five-time Pro Bowl selection has shown he can still be a productive defender but for some reason he's still on the market.

Who knows if it's the price he's asking for and do teams think he's headed toward a tailspin. Regardless, Gilmore is still a free agent and hasn't found a home for 2024.

Despite the lack of moves in free agency, Dallas has one of the best rosters in the NFL. According to FanDuel Sportsbook, the Cowboys have the fifth-highest odds (+1300) to win the Super Bowl. If you like these odds, head over to FanDuel Sportsbook and take advantage of your sign-up bonus.
