5. Jalen Brooks

A quiet day for Prescott meant a quiet day for his wide receivers as well in Week 1. Aside from top wideout CeeDee Lamb, who racked up 77 receiving yards, no pass-catcher topped more than 22 yards against the Giants.

If Dallas' defense takes advantage of the turnover-prone Zach Wilson to create scoring opportunities, and the run game remains productive, then we can expect the passing attack to take a backseat once again on Sunday.

That probably leads to another healthy scratch for Jalen Brooks. The seventh-round pick didn't get to make his NFL debut in Week 1 after being inactive, which shows he still has some work to do to crack this rotation.

The door is slightly open for Brooks to play in Week 2, however, given Brandin Cooks' surprise knee injury. If the veteran is forced to sit, then Brooks would be a shoo-in to hear his number called.
