3. Eric Scott, 4. Noah Igbinoghene

Lance has been a mainstay on Dallas' inactive list this season just like cornerbacks Eric Scott and Noah Igbinoghene.

Scott was taken in the sixth round of April's draft but hasn't managed to make his NFL debut while competing for time in the Cowboys' stacked CB room. With rotations shrinking as the playoffs approach, it seems likely the former Southern Mississippi will have to wait until 2024 to see any playing time as defensive coordinator Dan Quinn rolls with guys he trusts.

Meanwhile, Igbinoghene has suited up in four games this year, and he even found the end zone in the season-opener after returning a block kick. While that started off his tenure with a bang, everything since then has been a dud, as the former Miami Dolphin hasn't recorded a single significant play on defense since.

It certainly speaks to Quinn's confidence in both Scott and Igbinoghene that neither have seen significant snaps despite the number of injury troubles they've faced in the secondary. That doesn't bode well for either guy playing a role in a potential playoff run.
