Cowboys fans in particular have much to look forward to this year after going 12-5 last season. With a potent offense and formidable defense, Dallas is poised for more success in 2023.
With familiar players and new faces set to report to camp, there's no shortage of buzz and hype surrounding the Cowboys' preseason right now. Here's everything fans need to know about Dallas' training camp schedule.
Which Cowboys Training Camp 2023 Practices Are Open to the Public?
Fortunately for Cowboys fans, most of their team's practices will be open to the public and are free of charge.
Training camp begins on Wednesday, July 26 at the Residence Inn at River Ridge in Oxnard, California. This marks the 17th time that Dallas has held training camp in Oxnard and the 44th time in southern California.
The first two practices on July 26-27 will be open to the public. While some practices will be closed and the team doesn't practice on Sundays, fans can also attend on July 29, July 31, Aug. 1, Aug. 3, Aug. 5, Aug. 7-8, Aug. 10, and Aug. 14-15. See the full list of open practices below:

Open practices are a great way for fans to see their favorite players up close and to enjoy fan-focused events.
When Does Cowboys Training Camp Start? Full Schedule of 2023 Dates and Locations
As noted above, Cowboys training camp officially kicks off on Wednesday, July 26. The team will then practice or play in a preseason game nearly every day over the next few weeks to prepare for the upcoming season.
Unlike some clubs, Dallas does not have any joint practices with other teams scheduled this year. The Cowboys will play three preseason games to help get ready for the regular season, however, two of which will be at home.
