Round 6, Pick 213: Nick Gargiulo, C, South Carolina

Tyron Smith isn't the only starting offensive lineman the Cowboys are expected to lose this offseason. Joining him as a free agent is Tyler Biadasz, a former fourth-round pick from Wisconsin.

Biadasz has been the starter for the past three seasons but might have priced himself out of Big D. An underrated center, Biadasz was praised for his toughness, effort, and consistency. He's also known as a student of the game and will be rewarded for his hard work. The Cowboys would love to keep him but the hard truth remains that someone will be willing to pay him more.

They felt good enough about Brock Hoffman to go into 2023 with him as the No. 2 center and he started two games while playing in all 17. Perhaps they get another veteran to compete with him but it's not out of the line to think Hoffman goes into the season as the No. 1 option. But they need someone who can push him, which is where Nick Gargiulo comes in.

A former standout at Yale (where he played tackle and center), Gargiulo spent his final season in South Carolina. Going up against SEC talent didn't slow him down at all and he could prove to be a steal this late.
