The Dallas Cowboys have been fairly quiet this offseason after Jerry Jones said they would 'all-in'. That hasn't been the case as the Cowboys have made low-cost signings in free agency.

Their biggest acquisitions came in the NFL Draft but they have a great core of players already on the roster.

In 2023, the Cowboys went 12-5 and won the NFC East. They had plenty of players step up for them but tight end Jake Ferguson thinks he has another level to tap into.

Cowboys News: Jake Ferguson Believes He Hasn't 'Scratched His Surface'

Ferguson spoke with ESPN's Todd Archer and talked about his play on the field. He believes his performance can still improve and this isn't the best he could be.

"To me, I think I'm not even scratching my surface. There's so many things that I want to get better at and I know I can get better at. We watch film every day of different games, even the practices we're doing now and I'm like, 'OK, I can get a lot better still."

Cowboys TE Jake Ferguson

Ferguson was selected in the fourth round of the 2022 NFL Draft and took a massive step forward last year.

As a rookie, his stat line was 19/172/2 but his sophomore season was different.

The 25-year-old posted 71 receptions for 761 receiving yards, and five touchdowns, earning his first Pro Bowl nod.

Despite the Cowboys being quiet this offseason, they have a great core of players. Offensively Dak Prescott, CeeDee Lamb, and Ferguson can torch opposing teams while having Micah Parsons, Trevon Diggs, and DeRon Bland on defense, wreaking havoc.
