The NFL Draft is a little over a month away. Teams and prospects are doing a bunch of work to get to know each other. The NFL Scouting Combine recently wrapped up in Indianapolis which gave players a first introduction to the league.

The Dallas Cowboys have an uber-talented roster but they have a hole at linebacker. In the playoff loss to the Green Bay Packers, Dallas gave up 143 rushing yards and will look to bolster the middle of the defense.

Per Cowboys team reporter Nicole Hutchison, Dallas has scheduled a Top 30 visit with LB Trevin Wallace.

The Cowboys need to bolster their linebacker corp and Wallace could fill in that void. At the combine, the University of Kentucky product had the third-fastest 40-yard dash for off-ball linebackers at 4.51. He also had a 37.5 vertical jump showcasing his athletic ability.

Wallace is a sure tackler with great instincts to fly to the ball. He also has the speed and mobility to change directions in pass coverage. In 2023, Wallace had 80 total tackles, 8.5 TFLs, and 5.5 sacks.

The Cowboys own one of the best rosters in the league and have a real shot of reaching Super Bowl LIX. They currently have the seventh-best odds in the NFL to win the whole thing at +1400.
