Jerry Jones Provides Major CeeDee Lamb Injury Update on Tuesday
The Dallas Cowboys have little time to celebrate their Week 11 win with a game on Thanksgiving fast approaching. Dallas began its preparations for Turkey Day with some concerning injury news on multiple players, including star wide receiver CeeDee Lamb.
The reveal Lamb is now nursing an ankle issue has definitely caused some fans to worry. However, owner Jerry Jones provided an optimistic update on Tuesday.

Jones said on 1053 The Fan that Lamb is in "good shape." The 81-year-old even went as far to give the wideout a "thumbs up" in terms of playing on Thursday against the Washington Commanders.
While we still need to see Lamb return to practice without any hiccups, this is a huge step in the right direction. It appears everyone inside the building isn't fretting over the WR's health, as head coach Mike McCarthy shared a similar sentiment as Jones on Monday.

This sets the stage for Lamb to not miss any time, assuming he's able to participate in practice and avoid aggravating this problem any further. The Cowboys would sure love to the star available for their holiday showdown, though they'll exercise caution if the short turnaround doesn't leave enough time for him to get right.
Lamb has been the heart of Dallas' offense this season as he looks destined for a career year. He's already racked up 74 receptions and 1,013 yards in just 10 games while adding 5 touchdowns grabs as well.
For now, fans will have to monitor Lamb's status through the team's early-week injury reports. As long as he participates in some capacity, that gives him a good chance to suit up versus Washington.
