Packers vs. Cowboys Ticket Prices are Astronomical for Wild Card Matchup

Fans better have some money saved up if they hope to attend AT&T Stadium this weekend. To the surprise of few, ticket prices for Sunday's Packers vs. Cowboys Wild Card clash are through the roof.

After a lengthy regular season, the Dallas Cowboys head into the NFL playoffs as NFC East title winners for the second time in three seasons. America's Team now begins its Super Bowl pursuit with a Wild Card matchup at home against the Green Bay Packers on Sunday, Jan. 14 at 4:30 p.m. ET.

AT&T Stadium is one of the most expensive stadiums to visit in the NFL and that won't be any different in the Wild Card Round. After all, tickets to Sunday's game are already beginning to look somewhat astronomical.

Packers vs. Cowboys Wild Card Ticket Prices

Tickets for Sunday's game begin at $111 on StubHub, which seems affordable... until you realize those are only for standing-room tickets. The cheapest seated tickets go for $240 apiece in Section 423 and while that isn't an unreasonable price for a playoff game, it's worth noting that those seats are only graded a 6.8/10.

If you're trying to sit in the 200- and 300-levels, tickets go anywhere from $400 to $1,300. Tickets in the 100-level behind the end zones go from around $470 to $570, which isn't all that bad, but those prices reach the $ 2,000 mark the closer you get to the 50-yard line.

Unsurprisingly, prices truly skyrocket when you get to the Bank of America Field and Miller Lite Clubs where tickets begin at $1,310. There are also plenty of tickets all over the stadium being sold for $4,000 or more but that's more than likely just some people trying to price gouge.

While some fans will pay a crazy amount of money to see the Cowboys, I doubt anyone is going to take out a second mortgage to pay $31,000 to sit in Section C109.

With Dallas being one of the top Super Bowl favorites, expect to see ticket prices rise with each passing round. While nothing is guaranteed, the Cowboys are 7.5-point favorites to beat the Packers to advance to the Divisional Round.

Even as a heavy favorite, Dallas fans have been conditioned to not get ahead of themselves for a playoff game. Luckily, FanDuel Sportsbook will pay you $150 win or lose, just deposit $10 or more and bet $5 on the Cowboys. After that you'll unlock your full $150 bonus whether Dallas wins or not!
