4. Aroldis Chapman - Houston Astros

For the second offseason in a row, Aroldis Chapman will be on the move again. He's officially entered the journeyman phase of his career where he pops up on a different team each year.

Where will he land this year? Your guess is as good as mine.

One potential landing spot for Chapman is the Houston Astros. The Astros are expected to lose a trio of relievers to free agency this winter (Ryne Stanek, Hector Neris and Phil Maton), so adding bullpen help will be a top priority for them.

Chapman would certainly be open to joining a World Series contender, and he wouldn't even have to leave the state. He'd also fit right in with Houston and its questionable ethics.

A hard-throwing lefty with as much postseason experience as Chapman is exactly what the Astros need to help restock their relief corps.
