3 Rangers Who Won't Survive the Trade Deadline

The Rangers are trying to win their first-ever World Series, and that means making some big moves at the trade deadline.

3. Owen White

Owen White is right there next to Carter on some people's "untouchables" lists, but I don't think that's what the Rangers have in mind.

Calling him up to make his MLB debut in June already felt like it was a showcase moment, and now his last couple of stellar starts in Triple-A are just what was needed to get his trade value up to an all-time high.

In a world where our top trade possibilities don't include landing Ohtani with a contract extension, there are still some seriously valuable pieces out there, especially among starting pitchers. I think Texas needs one more starter to make a true run this fall, and unfortunately it may well cost us Owen White to do that.

I think "flags fly forever" gets tossed around a little too much, but sometimes you do really need to fully commit to a World Series run, and for the Rangers that time is now.

If you do like the Rangers to make a splash at the deadline, DraftKings is the best place to bet them as AL or even World Series winners. On DraftKings, you'll be awarded a $150 bonus guaranteed just for making your first bet of $5+ on the Rangers. It doesn't matter if you win or lose, and you don't even need to wait for that bet to settle. You'll get the $150 bonus as long as you sign up through the exclusive Sport DFW link below.
