The Dallas Cowboys got back to the drawing board this week after they had an embarrassing loss in Week 2.

They'll have their hands full in Week 3 as they host the Baltimore Ravens. The Cowboys are looking to avoid falling to 1-2 but on Wednesday, it was revealed that superstar corner Trevon Diggs missed practice.

Cowboys News: Trevon Diggs Missed Practice on Wednesday

According to Calvin Watkins of the Dallas Morning News, Diggs didn't participate in Wednesday's practice due to a foot injury. This is something to monitor over the next couple of days as the Cowboys will need Diggs out there on Sunday.

They are already without DaRon Bland so having Diggs out there is a must. They'll be matching up against an explosive Ravens offense. Heading into Week 3, Baltimore ranks first in the league in total offense (417.5), fourth in passing offense (249.5), and seventh in rushing offense (168).

Diggs missed 16 games last season due to a torn ACL so getting him back on the field was a sigh of relief for Dallas. After two weeks, no one wants to see him on the sideline.

Dallas may just have some extra caution around their star defender and want to give him an extra rest day during the week. Through two games, Diggs is fourth on the team in total tackles (10), with two pass deflections and one interception. In addition, he has a 46.7 passer rating allowed when in coverage.

Keeping an eye on Diggs' status leading up to the game will be key for Dallas and their fanbase.
