This is Dallas' first time hosting a postseason game since the 2021 campaign. Prior to that contest versus the San Francisco 49ers, well-known local trumpet talent Freddie Jones performed the national anthem. Unfortunately, the 'Boys went on to fall to the 49ers 23-17.
Dallas' most recent home playoff win was during the 2018 season. That came during the Wild Card round, as the Cowboys took down the Seattle Seahawks 24-22. Trumpeter Freddie Jones also performed the national anthem prior to that game.
Ahead of Cowboys-Packers, Dallas is a strong -330 favorite on the moneyline, according to FanDuel Sportsbook. Oddsmakers also believe Mike McCarthy's current squad will defeat his old one by at least a full touchdown, as evidenced by the spread.
