The Dallas Cowboys are in the midst of a season of disappointment and chaos both on and off the field. The team has suffered four straight losses to fall to 3-6 for the season, effectively ending their hopes of a postseason run.

The constant mismanagement and off-field drama may be even more frustrating than the results for Cowboys fans. The latest debacle about the sun in the AT&T Stadium might be the latest example of everything that is wrong with the organization.

After CeeDee Lamb missed an easy touchdown pass because he couldn't see the ball due to the glare from the sun's reflection, the controversy took a life of its own. Cowboys players advocated for curtains on the windows, Jerry Jones pushed back, and it has become a national story. Now, an Eagles coach has weighed in on the saga.

Former Cowboys player and coach, and current Eagles offensive coordinator Kellen Moore addressed the problem with the AT&T Stadium.

"Stadiums all have different circumstances. That one, the sun plays a decent role, so you just have to call plays according to it, knowing certain parts of the field at times can be a little bit challenging. We had it in the first quarter, towards the end of the first quarter in the red zone. And then [in the] second quarter, we were going the other way. "

Eagles OC Kellen Moore

After spending three seasons in Dallas as a player and four as a coach, Moore knows the sun issue as well as anybody in the league. Acknowledging the reality of the situation, the 36-year-old coordinator said that teams have to call plays according to the position of the sun during the game.

Claiming that every stadium has different circumstances, Moore stated that that is just something you have to take into consideration.

While it is true that every stadium has different challenges, the one in the AT&T Stadium is very easily fixable. The only reason it is not fixed is Jerry Jones' ego and misplaced priorities. And that is extremely frustrating for Cowboys fans.
