Dak Prescott Makes Big Announcement During Cowboys Bye Week

The wins have been difficult to come by for Dak Prescott and the Dallas Cowboys on the football field this season but the star quarterback announced a big win on Friday during the team's bye week.
Posting on his social media account, Prescott had the caption "4ever w/ @sarahjane", referring to his now fiance Sarah Jane Ramos. In the announcement, the couple is holding their first child, Margaret Jane Rose Prescott, who was born earlier this year.
NFL News: Cowboys QB Dak Prescott Announces Engagement
Prescott and the Cowboys agreed to terms on a four-year contract extension worth $240 million earlier in the season, making him the player with the highest average annual value in NFL history. As the 31-year-old quarterback is looking like he is going to be in Dallas for the foreseeable future, he decided to make another long-term commitment.
We congratulate Prescott and his family on this huge announcement. This is a great use of the extra time the bye week provides as the couple will have more of an opportunity to celebrate as the Cowboys don't play until Week 8 when they visit San Francisco to take on the 49ers.
The Cowboys follow that up with the Falcons, Eagles, and the Texans. If they can't get back on track immediately after the bye week, this season can turn ugly very fast. When Super Bowl contenders disappoint in a big way, significant changes can be expected throughout the organization afterward.
No matter what happens, it's a beautiful day for the Prescott family.
