The Dallas Cowboys have won two games in a row and now own a 5-7 record. On Thanksgiving Day, Dallas defeated the New York Giants 27-20. Dallas has been playing hard and has kept their season alive.

Despite picking up the win over the Giants, WR CeeDee Lamb left the game and didn't return. That left Cowboy fans uneasy, but owner Jerry Jones gave a positive update on Lamb.

Cowboys News: Jerry Jones Believes CeeDee Lamb Will Be Ready for Week 14

Jones made an appearance on 105.3 The Fan and believes the additional days of rest from Friday to next week will give Lamb some extra days of rest.

Lamb re-aggravated his AC joint sprain in his right shoulder early in the third quarter and decided not to re-enter the game.

The Oklahoma product originally hurt his shoulder in Week 9 against the Atlanta Falcons and has been dealing with the pain the past of weeks.

Earlier in the week, Lamb acknowledged that he is hurt. Lamb said, "I'm banged up, I ain't even going to lie to you. It is what it is bro. It's that time of the year in the season. I ain't going to get [into] any specifics, but we straight. As far as for me, the pride is unbelievable. I'm willing to do whatever to go out there and have my presence felt"

The Cowboys have Dak Prescott gone for the year and had Micah Parsons miss time. Meanwhile, Lamb has yet to miss a game in 2024 and Jones is confident that he won't.

This season, Lamb leads the team in receptions (79) and receiving yards (880). The Cowboys will need him suited up as they look to extend their win streak to three games against the Cincinnati Bengals on Monday Night Football.
