The Dallas Cowboys' season from hell hit rock bottom in Week 10 as they suffered an embarrassing 34-6 loss to the Eagles at home. It has now been four straight losses for the Cowboys, who are at 3-6 heading into the final eight games of the season.

With the Commanders and the Eagles both at seven wins, it is almost impossible to imagine the Cowboys making a late-season run to make the playoffs. This naturally begets tough conversations surrounding the players and the coaches and their futures with the organization.

Micah Parsons didn't shy away from addressing those questions. Head coach Mike McCarthy, who is in the last year of his contract, was obviously a big topic after the game. Parsons showed little sympathy for his head coach and said he felt bad for his teammates instead, per NFL reporter Jori Epstein.

The Cowboys' star defender said that McCarthy could leave and coach wherever and whether he should stay as the head coach was "above [Parsons'] paygrade".

"Mike can leave and go wherever he wants. Guys I kind of feel bad for (are) guys like Zack Martin & guys who might be on their last year or on their way out. Because that's who I wanted to hold the trophy for. You want to win games & do great things with those type of legends who put in more time and work than Mike McCarthy ever did."

The fact that Parsons didn't have any words of support and empathy for McCarthy is certainly telling. Saying that he "feels bad" for veterans like Zack Martin suggests that he doesn't feel bad for the coaching staff.

With how this season has gone in Dallas, that isn't particularly surprising. Yet, saying it out loud to the media highlights the potentially unsalvageable problems in the locker room.
